THE PRODUCT:
MASTERCUBE combines the binding
properties of plant gums with a mineral
hardener. All the ingredients are natural
products and are fully digestible.
MASTERCUBE does not significantly
dilute the nutrient density of the feed.
MASTERCUBE contributes calcium and
sulphur to the ration formulation and
provide 210 KJ digestible energy per kg
inclusion.
MASTERCUBE is a low inclusion pellet
binder and is ideally suited to high density
rations. It is also invaluable in the smaller
pellet sizes (below 6mm) used in poultry
feeds and early pig diets.
In rations with low levels of energy
MASTERCUBE allows feed
compounders to increase the oil content
and hence the energy value of the feed
without a loss of pellet quality.
MAJOR BENEFITS:

stronger pellet when the correct
temperatures and steam conditions
are used. The pellets can be handled
in bulk with ease.
- MASTERCUBE improves pellet quality
resulting in a reduction in fines, and
hence waste, and low dust both in the
feedmill and during farm deliveries.
- MASTERCUBE permits an increase in
fat levels without loss of pellet quality.
- MASTERCUBE is invaluable in high
density diets where formulation space
is at a premium
USAGE:
1 - 3kg/Te of feed depending on
pelletability factors of raw material used.
Note:
No two feed mills are alike with differing
ingredients, grist sizes, steam,
temperature and operator practices.
Individual tests should be undertaken to
obtain the best results as pellet binding
effects vary from diet to diet, as well as
between feed mills.
